6 weeks online series: on Wednedays: October 19th and 23rd, November 2nd / 9th / 16th and 23rdĀ 2022
“We all belong, we are all healing, and we are all welcome in our wholeness.”
This series of workshops is to help those suffering from pain to start to find their own way into healing. With compassion and kindness Madeline offers a safe space for participants to explore gentle movement and stillness both alone and with the support of the group.
In her work, Madeline draws on dance movement therapy, mindfulness practices like simple breath meditation and body-mind work such as the Alexander Technique to help guide participants.
